Scout Troop 103
This page contains pertinent information for all Scouts and parents alike, a varity of forms and documents relevant to the operation of the Troop. Please let us know if there is anything we can add or problems you encounter while trying to view any of it.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Troop meets on Monday nights from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at Williamsburg United Methodist Church. The Church is located at 514 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, Va. 23187.

Personal health and medical record form. Class III is updated annually by a licensed Health-Care Practitioner. |

| Local Tour Permit Application | 75K |
A required form submitted to council for trips under 500 miles. |

A form to volunteer to provide transportation for Troop outings. |

A list of items for the Scout to bring on a backpacking trip. This list is for a baseline only depending on time of year and weather expected. |
| Merit Badge Counselor Form | 23K |
This Form Must be Filled Out Annually by All Adults working as Merit Badge Counselors. |
